Dulce S. Salazar Valle is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer who passionately represents her clients. Before joining Mark Diaz & Associates, Dulce served as an Assistant District Attorney in Fort Bend County, Galveston County, and Nueces County. This experience provided her with unique insights into the most effective ways to defend clients’ rights and combat criminal charges. In Galveston County, she was a Felony Chief prosecutor in the Violent Crimes Against Women Unit and led the Human Trafficking Task Force, where she prosecuted violent offenders in all felony courts and conducted training for law enforcement officers and grand juries.
Dulce has prosecuted and tried cases at all levels, including murders, child deaths, child and adult sexual assaults, and organized crime. Her extensive experience in prosecuting cases through all phases gives her a distinct advantage in connecting with jurors and allows her to evaluate cases and evidence from multiple perspectives. Dulce obtained her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She distinguished herself in law school by participating in mock trial competitions and becoming a regional champion. She also contributed to the criminal law clinic, helping to represent indigent clients. Dulce earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where she double-majored in government and Spanish with a concentration in literature. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
