A dual graduate of Baylor University, Tyler Alley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism before returning to Baylor Law, completing his law degree in 2016. While his early legal training involved real estate, a pivotal internship with the Harris County District Attorneyās Office drew him toward the intricacies of the criminal justice system.
With a decade of experience as a prosecutor spanning from West Texas to Galveston, Tyler has handled hundreds of cases, ranging from minor misdemeanors to high-stakes felony jury trials. This experience helped him develop a sharp, investigative eye that allows him to deconstruct a prosecutionās case from the ground up, identifying the gaps and inconsistencies that others might overlook.
During his tenure at the Galveston County District Attorneyās Office, Tyler served as the Veterans Court ambassador, and he witnessed firsthand that justice should be about more than just a conviction; it must also prioritize fairness, accountability, and rehabilitation.
Today, Tyler applies that same passion to his defense work, rigorously questioning every piece of evidence and ensuring that his clientsā constitutional rights are never sidelined. He cuts through complex “legalese” to provide transparent, honest, and responsive representation. To Tyler, you are never just a case number; you are an individual whose liberty and story deserve a relentless defense.
